The Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) is the regulating body for all licensed Loan Origination professionals in the nation. All Loan courses, materials, and practices at Champions School of Real EstateĀ® are approved by the NMLS and Champions adheres to all Educational standards and rules passed down from this organization.
Below you will find a collection of updates to education standards and regulations recently put into practice by the NMLS. Whether you are a new student currently pursuing a license or an existing license holder returning for Continuing Education, we highly recommend that you review the information below.
Annual Renewal Period Ends December 31, 2024
The annual renewal period for 2024 began November 1, 2024 and ends December 31, 2024. We encourage individuals and businesses to renew their licenses early, so there is no impact to their business. Please note that the NMLS Call Center operates Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET. For more information, see the Annual Renewal Information page.
New Electronic Surety Bond Activity Effective January 1, 2018
Starting January 1, 2018, the state agencies listed below will begin receiving Electronic Surety Bonds (ESB) through NMLS for the license types listed below. See the ESB Adoption Map and Table for a list of state agencies that have also adopted ESB and required ESB conversion dates. *Please note that this is a new license type in NMLS, effective January 1, 2018.
