Champions School of Real Estate was ranked #13 in the small business category of the Austin Business Journal's 2016 Best Places to Work Awards ceremony on June 24th at the Hyatt Regency Austin Hotel.

'To have a work environment that exemplifies excellence in employee satisfaction is certainly every business owner's goal, but to also be ranked in the top 20 companies amongst the 300 companies who applied is a true honor. I am extremely grateful to our statewide team for their level of satisfaction which allowed us to receive this honor and ranking,' said Rita Santamaria, CEO, and founder of Champions School of Real Estate.

The annual awards program is produced with independent research firm Quantum Workplace. Quantum surveyed employees from each company, compiled data, tallied results and then matched the results against national standards. After an extensive selection process, 75 Austin companies made the final cut.

'Champions School of Real Estate has such positive energy and values each and every team member's contributions,' stated Cynthia Carter, Champions School of Real Estate's Austin/Round Rock Campus Manager. 'You are rewarded and praised for your hard work and feel like you belong to a big, happy family - the Champions Family!'

Champions School of Real Estate offers full-time employees 401K retirement plans, health, vision, dental and life insurance benefits in addition to performance-based monthly bonuses and other company perks. The rankings were announced for the first time at the Austin Business Journal's 2016 Best Places to Work Awards luncheon on Friday, June 24th at the Hyatt Regency Austin Hotel. Champions School of Real Estate will be highlighted in a special publication that will be featured in an upcoming issue of the Austin Business Journal.
