15 Credit Hours (OREC) Real Estate CEThis real estate course is intended to satisfy part of the continuing education requirement for Oklahoma Broker licensees and other licensees who wish to meet their CE requirements. This course will introduce student to general licensing requirements, and then discusses broker responsibilities, supervision, place of business, advertising, disclosure requirements, trust accounts, investigations and management skills. Students will also get an opportunity to go over the statutes and rules of the Commission and other related federal laws relating to real estate.
