San Antonio is Champions School of Real Estate's third region to receive a 'Best Places to Work' recognition for its dedication to employee happiness and success.

Champions School of Real Estate was ranked first in the small business category of San Antonio Business Journal's 2016 Best Places to Work Awards ceremony on Thursday, June 18th at the Embassy Suites Riverwalk Hotel.

'I am very proud of the work environment at Champions School of Real Estate. This recognition exemplifies excellence in our work environment, and I am incredibly grateful to our San Antonio team for acknowledging their level of satisfaction which allowed us to receive this wonderful recognition,' said Kimberly Dydalewicz, Champions School of Real Estate president.

The San Antonio Business Journal produces the annual 'Best Places to Work' award program with independent research firm Quantum Workplace. Quantum surveyed employees from each company, compiled data, tallied results and then matched the results against national standards. After an extensive selection process, only 36 of San Antonio's companies made the final cut for the Small Business category.

'Champions School of Real Estate is one of the best places to work because it provides a strong, positive culture that has a meaningful purpose at its core,' shared San Antonio Champions School of Real Estate campus manager Natalie Powell. 'At Champions School of Real Estate, we work as a collaborative team that respects, shares and implements ideas all while encouraging one another's success.'

Champions School of Real Estate offers full-time employees 401K retirement plans, health, vision, dental and life insurance benefits in addition to performance-‐based monthly bonuses and other company perks. The rankings were announced for the first time at the San Antonio Business Journal's 2016 Best Places to Work Awards luncheon on Thursday, June 18th at the Embassy Suites Riverwalk Hotel. A special publication in the June 19th issue of the San Antonio Business Journal will highlight Champions School of Real Estate and all the other recognized companies.
