Champions School of Real Estate® to Open New Houston North Campus on January 4, 2021
Champions School of Real Estate®, the largest real estate school in Texas, is proud to announce that January 4, 2021 is the anticipated grand opening date for its relocation to a new 18,000 square foot Houston North Campus in Spring, Texas. Students will be able to visit the new campus for career counseling beginning on December 17, 2020.

“Our new Houston North Campus is truly exciting for Houston and Champions School of Real Estate,” shared Rita Santamaria, Champions School of Real Estate CEO/Founder. “It feels like we’ve come full-circle, as the Houston North campus that students know so well is where the Champions School of Real Estate dream had its start nearly forty years ago. The new Houston North campus is located off North Grand Parkway, a short 10-minute drive from its previous location. Under the direction of Champions School of Real Estate president Kimberly Dydalewicz, the new campus location features two stories, six spacious classrooms, a fully-equipped special events room available for public use, a state-of-the-art home inspection lab, and more.
“The relocation of our Houston North Campus is a momentous occasion for Champions School of Real Estate. This relocation is both a testament to our growth and a continued part of our commitment to proving our students the best educational environment we can offer,” shares Dydalewicz.
In addition to serving Houston students in an educational capacity, the Houston North campus also serves as Champions School of Real Estate’s main corporate headquarters, where several functions of the executive, administrative, and accounting teams operate. Champions School of Real Estate also has brick and mortar locations in the Houston Galleria area, Katy West, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, and Fort Worth.
